The DDS02.2-W015-BE12-00 is an advanced drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth. This unit, compatible with motor series such as the MDD, MKD, LAR, LAF, 2AD, LSF, and MBW, is ideal for a variety of applications including textile, printing, and packaging machines. With a modular design, the controller combines AC servo and main drives, and consists of a basic unit, plugin module, software module, and firmware, pre-configured by the manufacturer. The 'W' in its type code denotes air cooling, and the model supports 15A current. Fitted with a SERCOS interface, it enables effective communication with a DC bus voltage tolerance of 15% at 300 V. During constant operation, the peak current reaches 15A. The controller maintains ambient temperatures between 0 to +45°C for rated data, with a maximum possibility of +55°C for de-rated data. When storing, keep environmental temperatures between -30 and +85°C, and the maximum installation elevation should not exceed 1000 meters above sea level. It is designed to withstand relative humidity up to 95%. The unit, which carries the type code on the nameplate for easy identification, is rated at IP10 and includes ports for a software module, ground connection, and power connections.
