Description

The DDS2.1-W050-DA01-00 is a drive control unit, part of the DDS family produced by Rexroth Indramat. It operates effectively with a 300 DC bus voltage, +/- 10% tolerance, and requires a constant 50A current for smooth functionality. It performs without data loss in an ambient temperature of 0 to +45 degree Celsius and continues performing, albeit with potential data loss, up to +55 degrees Celsius. The 'W' in its name signifies its specially designed for convection, with a built-in blower for forced convection. The DDS2.1 features both standard and modular designs, simplifying the process when part replacement is necessary. This unit comprises a basic control unit, plug-in modules, software module, and firmware, all configured by the supplier for specific operations. Notably, it uses an ANALOG interface for command communications. Installation is possible up to 1000m above sea level. It is built to endure an ambient temperature up to 55 degrees Celsius, with relative and absolute humidity values of 95% and 25 g/m3. An IP10-rated control cabinet is recommended for mounting. The unit doesn’t require reconfiguration when parts are replaced.
