The Bosch Rexroth R911267042 (DDS02.2-W015-BE23-01-FW) servodrive, utilizing DIAX03 firmware, is a modular, digital drive designed for use with an AC motor. Using a specialized manufacturer power cable with dedicated lines for a protective conductor connection and motor power connection, this device can be fixed to an AC motor through a terminal box or a connector. When the ready-to-operate Bb contact seals, the drive becomes operational. A SERCOS interface manages command communications and a variety of sensor inputs and switches. Diagnostics for errors and warnings are shown through coded messages. This air-cooled servodrive, with a 15A current rating, fits within a large control cabinet. The unit weighs approximately 7.5kg, operates within 1,000m of elevation when using rated data, and has potential energy loss depending on continuous motor current.
