The R911269571 (DDS02.1-W050-DS01-02-FW) Drive Controller is a powerful device equipped with a 50A current rating. Firmware for this Bosch Rexroth-manufactured controller must be separately acquired. It's important that installation is within a closed housing or cabinet, at no more than 1,000m above sea level. This unit can work with various Bosch Rexroth synchronous and inductive linear motors, with careful adherence to EC 89/392/EWG machine directives for secure startup. Functionality is ensured through signal voltages ranging between 5 and 30 volts and heat technology for quick installation. The controller features digital servo feedback connected exclusively through Bosch Rexroth cables (max length 75m). Operating temperature range is between 0°C and 45°C, reliant on ambient conditions and load factors. Energy loss is contingent on the maximum continuous current of the coupled motor when idle. The product ships with a one-year warranty worldwide.
