The R911270586 (DDS03.1-W050-DA01-01-FW) drive controller is an AC digital servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth. It features a modular design, employs an analog interface for communication, and includes digital servo feedback. The controller uses an IKS3091 service cable for setup and supports both incremental and absolute encoder emulators through its interface. Control inputs and signal outputs are standard. Additional firmware is required and must be ordered separately for installation in the U5 slot. The controller is designed for operation under certain safety regulations, including a five-minute disconnection before servicing and emergency stop circuit isolation. Its installation altitude should not be more than 1,000m above sea level, and it's safeguarded against solid objects larger than 50mm. It is powered via connection to the X1 connector and black core-bottom bus cable linking to the supply unit. The product comes with a global one-year warranty.
