Description

The Bosch Rexroth R911271751 (DDS02.1-W025-RS01-03-FW) is an advanced, modular drive controller with a rated output of 25 Amps. Supporting resolver-based motor feedback, it utilizes a SERCOS communication module. To suit varying client applications, separate firmware tailored to specific requirements must be ordered. The basic unit comprises five slots to hold a software module, communication module and three plug-in modules. This arrangement enables easy content copying, translating into faster drive commissioning and efficient controller replacement. It uses air cooling, achieving peak performance in the ambient temperature range of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius. Derated output is possible between 45 to 55 degrees Celsius, with operation outside these limits not recommended. Ideally, it should be stored at -30 to 85 degrees Celsius and in a non-corrosive environment. It can function up to 1000m with rated data, and up to 5000m with derated data. For conditions exceeding recommended temperature and elevation ranges, calculation of load factors is necessary.
