The Bosch Rexroth R911273533 (DDS02.1-W050-RA02-02-FW) is a high-performance, advanced technology DDS02.1 drive controller, providing efficient motion control. The unit integrates with a 24VDC power supply module, facilitating an electrical link to the main voltage source, and operates continuously at 50 A. Equipped with a resolver interface for relative indirect position detection, the controller is tailored for high torque performance in suboptimal conditions. The base unit comprises various Input/Output modules, with the U1 slot holding an analog interface and an absolute encoder emulator. Slots U2-U4 are vacant for user customization, while U5 contains the operable DSM02.1-FW firmware module. The controller is designed for stringent working conditions and should be installed inside a minimum IP54 protected switchgear cabinet due to its IP00 protection category. It utilizes air from inside the cabinet to maintain optimal internal temperature and, features blower connections at the bottom and an RS232 serial interface. The permissible temperature is up to +45 degree Celsius, without derating.
