The Bosch R911279038 (DDS02.1-W100-DS63-01-FW) is a DDS series digital AC servo drive with a Sercos interface. This microprocessor-based brushless drive offers top-notch servo control, suitable for a wide range of applications like grinding machines, assembly systems, woodworking machines, and packaging equipment. The integrated signal processor expertly manages all control, monitoring and diagnostic functions. It supports communications with AC servo motors equipped with Sercos interfaces and can handle data rates of 2 Mbps and 4 Mbps, with updated Sercos versions reaching up to 100 Mbps. The product's design features a basic unit with five module slots, three of which can be customized to users' requirements, one dedicated to a software module and one reserved for a communication module. Boasting a rated output of 100 Amps and support for digital servo feedback, this controller uses internal cabinet air for cooling and operates within a 0 to 45 degrees Celsius temperature range.
