The DKC05.3-012-3-MGP-01VRS is a drive controller model designed by Bosch Rexroth to power the 400W MSM synchronous motor in the EcoDrive Cs drive system. Capable of connecting to single and three-phase 200 – 240 V power sources at a 50 – 60 Hz input voltage frequency, this controller offers a connected load requirement of 1.4kVA, operating at a nominal continuous input current of 2.2/1.8 A. Additionally, it provides a maximum output current of 7.5 A, with an output frequency range from 0 – 333.3 Hz. Strategically created for vertical mounting, the controller boasts an IP20 standard protected housing and suggests a minimum IP54 protected control cabinet for installation. Equipped for real-time interaction through a CANopen interface, it also possesses a serial (RS232/RS484) interface for PC connection. Suitable for diverse industrial applications such as handling systems and machine tools, the DKC05.3-012-3-MGP-01VRS operates optimally at an ambient temperature of 0 to +40°C and below 1000m above sea level. With a dc-bus nominal voltage of 300 VDC, it utilizes a power of 457 W. This model also incorporates an internal brake resistor for overvoltage protection and an operator panel for manual programming and error diagnosing.
