The R911308871 (HLC01.1C-01M0-A-007-NNNN) is a DC Bus Capacitor module designed for integration within the Rexroth IndraDrive system. It is used to increase the storable DC Bus energy and reduce braking resistor continuous power in drive systems with direct DC bus connections. The module features a nominal capacitance of 1 mF and operates at a nominal DC bus voltage of 700 V. Physical characteristics include a 300 mm mounting depth, 3.2 kg mass, and an IP20 protection rating. The permissible input voltage range is 254–750 VDC, and the maximum ambient current is 20 A. Cooling is via natural convection, with a discharge period from 820 V to 50 V of 175 s. A minimum 30-minute interval post power-off is required for capacitor voltage discharge. This unit is not suited for applications with more than 30 cycles per minute due to overload risk.
