The R911329266 (HLT01.1A-300K-N-010-NNNN) is an HLT01.1 brake chopper designed by Bosch Rexroth for managing the dc bus voltage in motion control systems by dissipating surplus energy as heat. It supports dc-link voltages up to 1000 VDC and provides a maximum continuous braking power of 300 kW over a 240-second cycle. The unit is intended for installation within a control cabinet that meets at least the IP54 protection standard, though the component itself has a protection rating of IP00. Suitable for use up to 1000 meters above sea level under 3K3 climatic conditions, it requires installation in the G1 orientation with 100 mm clearance at the top and bottom for adequate airflow.
