The Bosch R911200519 (RZC01.1-6N-007-N-23) is an accessory chemistry module designed for Rexroth RD 500 drive systems. Ideally situated near the connected drive, it features drive connection terminals situated on the top side of the front panel. For optimal operation, Bosch recommends that the module is vertically installed on a flat surface inside an IP23 rated cabinet, with adequate cabinet cooling to accommodate all devices. Mounting requires two M6 screws and, if positioned adjacent to another drive or module, does not require additional spacing. However, if located above or below, a minimum 125mm gap is recommended to facilitate appropriate cooling airflow. Operating at AC mains of 400 Volts and designed for frequencies above 8 kHz, thanks to its inbuilt sinusoidal filter, it comes with pre-loaded firmware. Optimal functionality can be expected when the ambient temperature is between 0 to 40 degrees Celsius.
