The R911200524 (RZC01.1-5N-018-N-23) is a chemistry module engineered by Rexroth Indramat for integration with industrial AC converters. It incorporates a PTC thermistor control unit for temperature monitoring and is constructed from non-toxic, asbestos-free materials according to international standards. This module requires a 3 x AC 500 V ± 10% nominal connecting voltage and supports a frequency converter rated at 15 kW. Designed for mounting in cabinets prepared for IP23 protection, it features clear exterior hazard markings and emits electromagnetic fields during operation. Cable lengths should not exceed 400 meters, or 200 meters with well-shielded wiring. The design excludes a NAMUR terminal strip.
