The Bosch Rexroth MPN R911200739 (RZC01.1-6T-045-F-23) chemistry module is engineered for integration with AC drive converters in RD500 drive systems. It features a nominal connecting voltage of 3 x AC 400 V ±15% and is constructed in a compact, book-style enclosure suitable for cabinet mounting. The module is classified as size class C, operates within an ambient temperature range of -25°C to 70°C, and adheres to DIN VDE 0100 and DIN VDE 0160 functional extra-low voltage standards. It is prepared for IP23 cabinet protection, with a rated power compatibility of up to 37 kW for the associated frequency converter. Cable and mounting sets, along with a line code 1 NAMUR terminal strip, are pre-assembled. The high-current bushing screw terminal is located on the X1 connector of the terminal strip, and the module includes eight steel lugs for screen connection on the top. Recommended installation is below the converter with a minimum clearance of 125 mm.
