The R911203037 (RZC01.2-6N-005-F-23) module from Bosch Rexroth is engineered for integration in the RD500 drive system, targeted for use in chemical and process industry applications. It supports motor cable lengths up to 400m (200m if shielded) and is designed to function within an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 40°C and a relative humidity up to 90% non-condensing. The unit is equipped with analog and digital I/O, where digital outputs permit a 500mA/24VDC load. Maximum output frequency is 100Hz. Electrical connections are established via U2, V2, and W2 terminals, accepting AWG 20-8 cables tightened to 1.5Nm–1.8Nm torque. The module operates at a nominal connecting voltage of 3 x AC 400 V ±15% and supports frequency converters rated at 1.1 to 4 kW. PTB certification enables use in hazardous or explosive environments. It is intended for installation inside a control cabinet prepared for IP23 protection.
