RZE EMC Filters

RZE EMC Filters provide input-side interference suppression for Bosch Rexroth frequency converter systems operating on three-phase 500 VAC, 50/60 Hz mains. The series is selected according to converter power class, line current, cabinet space, and whether the application requires only EMC filtering or filtering combined with line-reactor functionality. RZE01.2 models integrate the EMC filter and commutating reactor in one cabinet-mounted assembly, while RZE02.1 models are filter-only units for systems where the reactor function is handled separately or not required. Each version is built for IP20 control-cabinet installation. In practice, the RZE series serves as a converter-matched mains-side conditioning platform that helps align the drive installation with EMC requirements while fitting the electrical and mechanical constraints of the overall system.
