The R911201196 (RZE02.1-5-015) is an EMC filter integrated for use with Bosch Rexroth RD 500 drive control systems, supporting precise speed and position regulation for both synchronous and induction motors. This unit accommodates a maximum mains connecting voltage of 5 x AC 500 V and supports rated power data values of 11 kW and 15 kW. It features a 4-line graphical display, embedded mathematical function elements, timers, ramp function generators, and a detachable user panel with parameter copying. The device includes multiple communication interfaces such as RS 232, RS 485, Sercos, Interbus S, CAN bus, and Profibus DP. The filter is designed for operation at line voltages up to 500 V, within a frequency range of 50 Hz to 60 Hz, and maintains optimal performance at ambient temperatures up to 40°C.
