The R911200005 (RZP01.1-G1) is an auxiliary card designed for Bosch Rexroth RD 500 drives, providing incremental encoder simulation and supporting functions such as master setpoint signal looping, electronic shaft applications, and external encoder referencing. The card features a configurable X40 output, with immediate signal looping controlled via parameter P0134. In electronic shaft mode, it uses encoder angle D1987 or the electronic gear for position control. The device is compatible with TTL / RS-422 level pulse encoders, supports position and speed synchronization, and operates as a secondary encoder. It draws up to 300 mA, has input resistance of 120 Ohm, and complies with EN50082-2 noise immunity standards. Power is supplied internally at +5V and +15V from the control card. The module fits in front-facing slots of the control card, measures 100 x 89 mm, and operates within a temperature range of 0 to 40°C, with a storage range of -25 to 60°C.
