RZP01.1-G3

The Bosch Rexroth Indramat RZP01.1-G3 option module from the RZP Option Modules series is designed for RD 500 systems to evaluate and emulate incremental pulse encoders. It features an Encoder Input (X48): TTL Pulse Encoder supporting TTL and RS-422 levels, a signal resistance of Input Resistance: 120 Ohm and a Max. Input Frequency: 300 kHz (equivalent to 1024 pulses at ~17 500 RPM). Powered by Power Supply: + 5V and +15V internal from the control card, it delivers 300 mA at both +5 V and +10 V for encoder inputs. The module emulates RS-422 output signals, measures 100 × 89 mm, and installs in module slots 1 or 2 by qualified technicians.
