The Indramat MPN R911243728 (TDA 1.1-050-3-A00) is a main spindle controller engineered for the digital control of asynchronous main spindle motors and 1MB frameless spindle motors, operating with a dc-link voltage of 300 VDC and supporting a rated current of 50 A with a continuous effective current of 35 A. The unit incorporates an integrated position control circuit capable of spindle positioning at a resolution of one in four million revolutions. It is configurable via a control panel keypad, provides an analog speed command interface, and consumes 1.2 A at +24 V and 160 mA at ±15 V test voltages. The module has an operational temperature range from +5 to +45 °C, weight of 10.5 kg, an IP 10 protection rating, and dissipates heat using integrated air vents.
