The R911244183 (TDA 1.1-100-3-APS) is a TDA 1 series mains spindle controller designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for use with 2AD or 1MB spindle motors and NC machines. It supports an analog command value (±10 Volts) and provides a rated current of 100 Amperes with a continuous effective current of 70 Amperes. The controller operates within ambient temperatures of 5°C to 45°C at elevations up to 1000 meters, with reduced functionality beyond these limits. It features relative humidity compatibility per insulation Class F and an IP10 electrical protection rating. The device weighs 10.5 kg, utilizes control cabinet air for cooling, and supports a secondary motor or spindle feedback signal. Installation in an enclosed location is necessary, following DIN VDE 01 160 standards, to protect against water ingress.
