The R911244959 (TDA 1.1-050-3-LP0) main spindle drive from Rexroth Indramat is designed for digital control of INDRAMAT asynchronous spindle motors and 2AD frameless main spindle motors. This drive supports a rated current of 50 A and delivers a continuous effective current of 35 A, with a power output capacity of up to 10 kW at a link rated voltage of 300 V. It incorporates a modular structure with dedicated power, motor, NC, and spindle controller-specific connections. The device interfaces via a SERCOS communication module and is engineered for panel mounting, recommending a minimum panel thickness of 3 mm for steel and 6 mm for aluminum. Measuring 360 mm in length and weighing 10.5 kg, optimal operation is specified for environments up to +55°C at elevations not exceeding 1000 m.
