The R911252456 (TDA 1.1-100-3-L0S) is a main spindle drive controller from the TDA series by Bosch Rexroth, designed for precise speed and positioning control of asynchronous and frameless 2AD and 1MB motors. This unit covers a power output range from 3 kW to 10 kW and enables main spindle motors to act as servo axes. It supports a SERCOS interface for command input, features a continuous effective current of 70 A and a rated current of 100 A, and provides a resolution of 1/4000000 of a rotation. Incremental encoder output allows maximum resolution in C-axis mode. The controller weighs 10.5 kg with a typical power consumption of 1.4 A.
