The R911258370 (TDA 1.3-100-3-A0I) is a main spindle controller engineered by Rexroth Indramat for controlling asynchronous main spindle motors 2AD and frameless spindle motors 1MB. It supports operation across a wide speed range with a power output between 3 and 10 kW. The controller is equipped with a removable programming module for customizable setup and accepts analog command values. Designed for use in NC industrial machines, it offers a maximum feedback resolution of 1⁄4000000 revolution via a SERCOS interface. Continuous effective current is rated at 70 A, with a rated current of 100 A, and the unit weighs 10.5 kg. Accurate operation requires ambient temperatures below 55 °C and elevations not exceeding 1000 m. The housing does not provide ingress protection against dust or water.
