The R911261833 (TDA 1.3-100-3-LP0) is a main spindle controller designed for high-resolution operation, supporting precise rotor position detection up to 1/2 000 000 revolutions using motor feedback. It features an additional encoder input for a secondary feedback source. The controller communicates with an NC controller through a SERCOS interface and is rated for 100 A with a continuous effective current of 70 A and operates at a DC link voltage of 300 V. It has a mass of 10.5 kg, is rated IP10 according to DIN 40 050, suitable for operation at ambient temperatures from +5 to +45 °C, up to 1000 m elevation, and meets Humidity Class F per DIN 40 040.
