BTV06 Miniature Control Panels

The BTV06 Miniature Control Panels are a precise machine handling tool by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, designed for user convenience via a high-quality graphical interface. Constructed to fit into a compact 318x200x53mm profile while maintaining a lightweight 1.7kg build, its front panel is chemically resistant thanks to its varnished aluminum polyester foil make. Its display, a 240x128 pixel LCD screen with full graphical capabilities, is housed in a resistant enclosure to ensure durability. For utmost adaptability, the device includes 39 keys, with seven keys programmable to operator's preferences. The control panel is equipped with a Series 68000 microcontroller, 1MB flash memory, 512KB RAM and two non-isolated serial interfaces, along with 10x24 V inputs and outputs. Additional COM1 & COM2 interfaces and an RS485/422 interface allow it to communicate seamlessly with other Indramat products.
