ADS Servo Motors

ADS Servo Motors are high-speed spindle motors developed for direct-drive machine-tool applications where accurate rotation, compact mechanical integration, and stable feedback are required. The series uses a precision spindle-bearing arrangement together with a high-resolution motor encoder to maintain controlled spindle performance at elevated speeds. Machine integration is handled through dedicated motor power and feedback connections, with additional options that can include a hollow shaft for tool coolant or lubricant routing, motor-cooling connections, and sealing-air interfaces depending on the configuration. ADS motors are intended to transmit torque axially into assemblies such as machine spindles or tool turrets rather than operate with significant radial shaft loading. Proper application therefore depends on maintaining the specified mechanical loads, environmental conditions, protection limits, and inspection intervals, since operation outside those requirements can reduce service life or damage the motor and connected machine components.
