The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MHD093A-024-NG0-BP servo motor from the MHD Synchronous Motors series is a robust Servo Motor engineered for high-dynamics automation applications. It features a compact Motor Size 093 housing with Natural convection with IP68 Protections for reliable operation in challenging environments. The motor is specified without a Holding Brake, reducing system complexity and maintenance requirements. Its Plain shaft design and integrated Digital servo feedback (HSF) encoder ensure accurate motion control and simplified mechanical coupling. The MHD093A-024-NG0-BP incorporates several critical design parameters to optimize mechanical and electrical integration. It uses a Winding Code 024 and supports Type of Position Detection: Relative feedback via the Digital servo feedback (HSF). The shaft assembly includes a Shaft Seal and presents a Centering diameter of 130 mm with a configurable Flange size of 140 / 150 mm to accommodate various mounting interfaces. The motor’s Motor Length: A establishes overall envelope dimensions, while the Power Connection Type: Output Connector and Power Connection Direction: to side B ensure consistent cabling layouts. Continuous torque capability at standstill reaches 12.0 Nm, and the Plain shaft minimizes rotational inertia for rapid acceleration.



Operational performance is defined by a rated supply voltage of AC 325–348 V and a Rated Operating Frequency of 133 Hz, yielding high-speed capability at Rated Speed of 2000 rpm. In surface cooling configuration, the motor achieves a Rated Torque of 15.7 Nm at Continuous Current of 7 A producing up to Power of 4 kW. Under natural cooling, it delivers 8.3 Nm at 3.7 A with a 60 K housing temperature rise, and can produce 11.2 Nm at 5.3 A with a 100 K winding temperature rise, resulting in Power between 2.1 kW and 2.8 kW. The specified Operating Temperature Range of 0 to +40 °C maintains stable performance across standard industrial conditions.
