The Bosch R911275800 (MHD093C-058-PG1-BN) model is a state-of-the-art MHD093 synchronous motor, equipped with a 24V direct current clamping brake that delivers 22 Nm of clamping torque at a rated current of 0.71 A. The motor's holding brake activates and deactivates within 25 and 50 microseconds respectively. Working synergistically with Bosch Rexroth's intelligent digital drive controller, it allows for highly-effective automation systems with a broad array of applications, from machine tool operation to packaging machines. With a 60/100-K temperature shift, its natural cooling method provides steady torque of 28.3 to 34.5 A. The built-in multi-turn optical encoder renders precise position recognition, enabled by its digital servo feedback. Its brushless design, IP65 protection rating and shaft sealing ring deliver unparalleled reliability. The plain output shaft, featuring an end-sided centering hole and “DS” thread aligned with DIN 332, offers smooth torque delivery. The motor housing features a black coating and should not be coated further. This model can achieve 4000 RPM and a peak current of 127.4 A.
