The Bosch R911276604 (MHD112D-024-PP0-BN) is a part of the Rexroth MHD series of synchronous motors. These motors must be correctly installed and electrically connected before usage. It has a power connection on side B, and it should be bonded to the machine properly. Functionality should be checked by manually turning the rotor and ensuring all electrical connections, protective grounding, and shock protection measures are in place. Use of MHD motors is only suitable with Rexroth Indramat drive controllers. This motor is surface-cooled, operates best at 32-104°F, and lacks a holding brake. It possesses a DIN 6885-1 key shaft with a sealing ring, and a 112D frame size. It supports digital servo feedback through an integrated multiturn absolute encoder, operates at max torque of 187 Nm and speed of 3000 RPM, and comes with an IP65 rated housing and class F insulation.
