The Bosch Rexroth R911280027 (MHD093B-058-NP0-AN), a 4-pole synchronous motor, is ideal for high torque applications such as machine tools, robotics, and printing machines. This MHD093 model generates a continuous torque between 5.4-8.1 Nm in natural convection and 24.7 Nm when liquid cooled. Powered directly through AC (200-347 V), its rated performance is between 1.7-12.7 kW. The continuous current consumed at standstill varies between 22.5-26 A under natural convection and jumps to 42.8 A when liquid cooled, with corresponding torques of 17.5-20 Nm and 33.3 Nm respectively. In the latter mode, coolant is supplied at 1.3 l/min to remove the rated heat of 900 W. It does not have a holding brake but features a digital servo feedback for speed and position control. This motor accommodates IMV1, IMV3, and IMB5 mounting positions and operates efficiently between 0-40°C at an altitude up to 1000 meters.
