The R911280209 (MHD115C-024-NG0-AN) synchronous motor, part of Bosch Rexroth's MHD series, combines Indramat's smart digital drive controllers with permanent magnet technology, resulting in a highly efficient automation system designed for uses such as machine tools, handling, automation, and food processing systems. The motor stands out for its brushless design, permanently lubricated bearings, and high overload capability, as well as an optimum torque to inertia mass ratio. Its design includes a 192mm flange, a 180mm centering diameter, and a frame size of 115. Notably, the electronic commutation makes it ideal for continuous start-stop operations. The motor's speed is rated at 2,000 revolutions per minute, but can reach a maximum of 4,000.
