The R911281018 (MHD115B-024-PG1-BN) is a Bosch Rexroth synchronous servo motor from the MHD series designed for precision automation applications, particularly in machine tools. It provides a nominal speed of 4000 min⁻¹ and a continuous standstill torque of 50.0 Nm. The motor features a 192 mm flange, 180 mm centering diameter, plain cylindrical shaft with a 420 mm length conforming to DIN 748 Part 3, and is equipped with a radial shaft sealing ring. It supports liquid cooling, has a holding brake with 70.0 Nm torque, and integrates digital servo feedback for absolute position detection over more than 4096 revolutions. The electrical power connection is via side B with a standardized output connector. Compatibility with GTS, GTP, or GTM planetary gear series is provided. The ground wire must remain permanently connected, and the housing becomes hot during operation.
