The R911281456 (MHD093B-058-PG0-LN) is a highly efficient, industrial synchronous motor designed by Rexroth Indramat. It is a brushless motor with a high torque to weight ratio, producing more torque per watt. The durability of this motor is enhanced as it eliminates brush and commutator erosion therefore extending its life. It features a recyclable metal structure as well as a plain output shaft, equipped with a sealing ring, a shaft key, and distinctively grease-lubricated ball bearings to mitigate frictional heat. Sized at 365mm in length, 140mm in thickness and 19kg in weight, the motor operates at a nominal speed of 4000 RPM, while capable of reaching 6000 RPM. The motor incorporates four pole pairs and a 3.2mH winding inductivity. Heat management can be accomplished either through natural convection or liquid cooling. Power and feedback cables must meet appropriate specifications. However, caution should be exercised near the motor due to its use of permanent magnets that may interfere with certain medical devices.
