The R911281824 (MHD112D-024-PG0-BN) is a synchronous servo motor engineered for precise industrial automation tasks. This motor features a 4-pole-pair configuration, a winding code of 024, and delivers a continuous torque of 48.0 Nm at standstill, with a maximum output torque of around 72 Nm at speeds up to 3000 rpm and a continuous input of approximately 47.4 A. It utilizes digital servo feedback with an integrated absolute encoder capable of position detection across more than 4096 revolutions. The housing is IP65 rated for protection against dust and water ingress and is designed for liquid cooling. The design includes a D-length body, 192 mm flange size, 130 mm centering diameter, and plain shaft with seal; power is supplied via a side B output connector. The motor lacks a holding brake and employs special grease-lubricated bearings to reduce frictional heat. Thermal regulation relies on natural convection and can be enhanced with external surface cooling. Configuration and operational data can be stored on an integrated memory card.
