The Bosch R911282657 (MHD112B-048-PG1-BN) is a robust MHD servo motor, housed in a fully sealed casing with IP65 protection, safeguarding against contamination and oil leakage. Ideal for close-coupled installations, the motor simplifies cabling, troubleshooting, and overall costs. The motor uses a power connector on its B-side and functions with natural or surface convection for cooling. When functioning in 60K or 100K conditions, the motor delivers continuous torques of 28Nm and 33Nm respectively. However, with surface cooling under 60/100K, the torque increases to 42Nm. In each state, the motor draws currents of 35.6, 43.5, and 53.4 Amps respectively. Integrated with a digital servo feedback and multi-turn absolute encoder, it features a 22Nm hold brake to prevent shaft rotation. The motor, with a 192mm flange size and 130mm centering diameter, weighs 34kg. It requires installation by experienced technicians.
