The model R911284838 (MHD093B-058-NG1-AN), developed by Rexroth Indramat, is a MHD093 synchronous motor utilized in a diversity of automation contexts from machine tools to textiles. With two cooling modes, natural convection and liquid, this AC motor is directly powered by a digital intelligent drive controller. It operates at a rated current of 22.5 - 42.8 A, a voltage of 200 - 347 VAC and a frequency of 167 - 267 Hz, generating a rated torque of 17.5 - 33.3 Nm. At natural convection, it provides 1.7 - 4.1 kW power, while the liquid cooled model offers continuous power of 12.7 kW at speeds between 2500 - 4000 rpm. Protected under the IP65 category, the motor housing requires periodic cleaning of the cooling ribs. Additional features include digital servo feedback for position detection, output shaft, a 22 Nm blocking brake, and different thermal time constants for each cooling model.
