The Bosch Rexroth R911285576 (MHD093C-035-PG0-BA) Synchronous Motor, designed for food and paper processing machines, is a brushless, high dynamic motor due to its optimal torque-to-inertia mass ratio. Care is necessary during installation due to the risk of high electrical discharge and potential burns from surface heat during operation. It should be stored horizontally, with provided plastic protective sleeve on the drive shaft if being stored for long periods. Lifting for transport should also be horizontal, using lifting sling belts. Installation can be in any environment, excluding underwater. With a peak current of 83.5A and maximum torque of 88Nm, the motor incorporates a multiturn absolute encoder for digital servo feedback. It has a consistent speed of 3000min-1 at both 60K and 100K, a frequency of 167Hz, and a side-A located power connector. The motor comes with a one-year warranty and international shipping options.
