The MHD series servo motors by Bosch Rexroth, like the R911286393 (MHD115B-058-NG1-AN), are synchronous motors designed for continuous operations with high repeat frequencies. These motors are maintenance-free and can be installed in any secured position. This motor has a rotor with permanent magnets, making it a low-inertia motor ideal for automation applications. Designed for natural convection and liquid cooling, it effectively eliminates heat from the windings to prevent overload, while thermal sensors provide protection against overload conditions. It can generate up to 6,000 RPM and has a moment of inertia of 93.2 x 10-4 kgm2. The motor also has an electronic holding brake and a digital servo feedback encoder for precise position detection. Furthermore, its IP 65 rating ensures it is dust-proof, touch-proof, and can withstand jet water sprayed from any direction.
