The Bosch Rexroth MHD series R911287177 (MHD115C-024-NG0-AA) is a powerful synchronous motor that pairs with Indramat digital controllers to create versatile, cost-effective automation systems. Primarily serving as a main drive or servo motor, it's applicable in various sectors, including machine tools, printing, paper processing, food and packaging, handling, and automated systems. The motor's standout features include high operational reliability, extensive performance data, excellent overload capacity and protection. It features a digital servo feedback encoder system for speed control and relative indirect positioning detection. With a plain shaft with sealing rings, it runs smoothly even under adverse conditions, courtesy to its closed motor design and IP 65 protection level. The motor is powered through the INS0380 flange socket and has two electrical connections - a power and encoder connector. It operates optimally at 40°C, with 95% relative humidity, and up to 1000m above sea level elevation. Its black housing (a/w RAL 9005) offers protection against weather, dilution, and acidity.
