The Bosch Rexroth's MHD series, designed for use in automation systems, includes the R911287350 (MHD115B-058-PG1-RN) model - a highly efficient, low inertia mass, permanent magnet synchronous servo motor. Enhanced with electronic commutation, continuous operations with high repetition rates can be accomplished with ease. Its brushless design and permanently lubricated bearings enable it to handle high radial loads, allowing overhung mounting of pinions and pulleys, ensuring operation is within the specified manufacturing limits. The motor is maintenance-free and can precisely determine the position and speed via the optical measurement method employed by its encoder system. Key features include a DIN 3760 - Design A compliant shaft with a sealing ring, a 70Nm holding brake, and a special housing design that supports both natural convection and liquid cooling.
