The R911287594 (MHD093A-035-NG0-AA) synchronous servo motor, developed by Rexroth Indramat, offers precise, high-frequency movement for industrial machines. It is shielded by an IP65-rated housing, providing protection from dust and low-pressure water, while the black varnish finish resists corrosion and chemical damage. The motor operates using a permanent magnet and electronic commutation, thus creating high-frequency start-stop operations at speeds up to 2000 rpm. It features a plain cylindrical output shaft and a shaft sealing ring to ensure a smooth operation. Requiring a steady current of 11.4 amperes at 100 Kelvin to produce a consistent torque of 18.0 Nm at 100 Kelvin, the motor is rated at 348 volts and 7.0 amperes. Additionally, it is maintenance-free as it is fitted with lifetime-grease-lubricated bearings. The maximum motor speed is 2000 rpm, and windings should not exceed 115 degrees Celsius to prevent premature wear. The product can function at any altitude up to 1000 meters.
