The Bosch Rexroth servo motor R911288685 (MHD112A-024-PP1-BN) is a flange mounted synchronous motor with IP65 ingress protection, a frame size code of 112, and a winding code of 024. The device features a 192 mm flange, 130 mm centering diameter, 40 mm keyed shaft with sealing ring, and a total length of 309 mm. Equipped with a digital servo feedback system and an integrated multiturn absolute encoder, the motor allows absolute position detection over more than 4096 revolutions. Its output connector is positioned on the housing’s side B. The holding brake provides 22 Nm torque and is controlled via 24V DC. Designed for natural convection or surface cooling, with an optional liquid cooling configuration, it delivers a continuous standstill torque of 15 Nm, maximum torque of 54 Nm, and peak current of 59 A. The stator windings exhibit a resistance of 1.45 Ω and inductance of 14 mH. The unit weighs approximately 23 kg, uses insulation class F, is finished in black per RAL 9005, and reaches up to 4000 RPM within an operating temperature range of 0 to 40°C.
