The Bosch R911289177 (MHD115A-024-PG1-BA) is an industrial-grade, synchronous servo motor under the MDD range. This model facilitates natural convection and surface cooling. The cooling method chosen hinges on whether lower or higher torque requirements are needed. In natural convection mode at 60K and 100K overtemperature, it delivers 32 Nm and 36.5 Nm continuous torque respectively, and 21.7 Amps and 25 Amps continuous current at standstill. In surface cooling mode, it delivers 48 Nm continuous torque with 32.6 Amps continuous current. The motor can deliver a peak current of 98 Amps and operates at a rated motor speed of 2000 RPM, although it can peak at 4000 RPM. This 30 kg motor comes with a 3.8 kg holding brake that functions at 24 Volts DC, delivering a holding torque of 70 Nm. This flange-mounted device also offers digital servo feedback with an integrated encoder and a power connector on side B.
