The MHD series, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth, offers a digital AC servo motor, the R911290884 (MHD095B-035-PG1-AN). Designed for use with digital drive controllers also by Bosch Rexroth, this synchronous servo motor is ideal for continuous start-stop operations with high repetition, thanks to its electrical commutation. Crucial for diverse applications, such as machine tools and packaging machines, it features temperature monitoring to prevent thermal overload with heat dissipation through natural convection or surface cooling. A fully sealed housing ensures dustproof and waterproof properties with an IP 65 rating. With a basic output shaft featuring a shaft sealing ring for frictionless shaft hub connection, this motor can achieve up to 4,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 66.0Nm. It also has an electrically released holding brake boasting a 22Nm torque and a digital servo feedback encoder system with an accuracy of ±0.5 angular minutes.
