The Bosch Rexroth R911291753 (MHD093B-035-PG1-LA) synchronous motor is designed to be handled, transported, and stored in a horizontal position without any load. Its installation, maintenance, and operation should only be carried out by technically trained professionals in a clean, dry environment. The device arrives with a protective plastic sleeve on the shaft which should be removed just prior to installation. The flange is secured with 4 x M10 screws with a minimum strength of 8.8 and 51Nm tightening torque. During operation, plug connectors must be securely tightened and should only be connected or disconnected when dry and de-energized, in accordance with the machine manufacturer's system circuit diagram. Perfect for environments up to 1,000m above sea level, factors such as ambient operating temperature and altitude should be considered. Furthermore, the included encoder must be correctly positioned, and the 66Nm torque, B length code motor's power connector flange socket can be rotated by 270 degrees. Before operation, thoroughly check electrical connections and alignment. Warranty extends to one year.
