The R911296332 (MHD115C-035-PG1-BA) is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor utilizing rare earth permanent magnets for electric commutation, supporting high-frequency start-stop cycles and delivering high torque across a wide speed range. It is equipped with a digital servo feedback system featuring an integrated multiturn absolute encoder, which provides indirect position detection for over 4096 revolutions and retains axis position after power loss. The motor includes a data memory for commissioning, surface cooling for high overload tolerance, and a temperature monitoring function for thermal protection. The holding brake delivers 70.0 Nm torque and is electrically released, securing the axis when unpowered. Further features include a plain shaft with friction-locked connection, 180 mm centering diameter, 192 mm flange, natural convection cooling, 70.0 Nm continuous standstill torque, shaft seal, and output connector on side B. Designed for ambient conditions up to 40°C, 95% RH, and 1000 m elevation.
