The Bosch R911297071 (MHD095B-035-NP1-BN) is a high-performance MHD servo motor equipped with an in-built encoder for communication with a drive controller. This feedback system is used to create a closed-loop control system geared towards industrial applications like machine tools, food machines, packaging machines, and the paper industry. Designed with a dual cooling system, the motor uses natural convection for low load applications and surface cooling for high output applications. It features a main shaft with a sealing ring and key to prevent oil leaks and contamination. Additionally, a 22Nm holding brake is integrated to stop the motor from starting up from a standstill. Communication with the drive controller is via a power cable connected to a power connector located on the motor housing.
