The R911308218 (MHD093C-058-PP0-LA) Bosch MHD093 synchronous motor is renowned for its high precision and performance in various industrial and commercial applications. With no holding brakes, the motor operates at a constant torque of 28Nm and a steady current of 34.5 A, following a 100-K rise in winding temperature under natural cooling. Simultaneously, it draws 6.9 A rated current at a frequency of 133 Hz during a 60-K increase in housing temperature. The brushless motor features IP65 protection, Class F insulation, and relies on an absolute (multiturn) optical encoder for accurate position tracking. The B05 design category model has a durable black-coated housing restricting extra coating, and allow for both horizontal and vertical installations. While the motor is cooled through a blower unit, it is not suitable for shock-stress activities, recommending usage of higher torque motors in such scenarios. The motor allows a maximum speed of 6000 rpm and characteristic speed of 4000 rpm.
