The Bosch Rexroth R911309076 (MHD112A-024-PP0-RN) is a compact, high-quality synchronous motor with a frequency of 167 Hz and a voltage constant of 116.4 V/1000 min-1. With a torque of 1.28 Nm/A and a weight of 22.5 kg, it features an absolute multiturn digital encoder system and a keyed output shaft. At a rated speed of 2500 rpm, it produces 6.4 kW output power and 19 Nm of torque utilizing 12 A of current while surface cooled. With its F class insulation and IP65 protection rating, it can withstand high internal temperatures. The black-coated casing, less than 40µm thick, works in tandem with the stator windings to dissipate heat quickly.
